HMD Global is best known for its range of affordable Nokia-branded smartphones and today the Finnish company has announced yet another model - the entry-level Nokia 1.4. Nokia 1.4 comes in Fjorde, Charcoal and Dusk colour variants and starts at Euro 99, which roughly means ₹8,600 in India.
Nokia 5.4 was launched in the European market in December a year ago, where it is priced at Euros 189 (approximately Rs 16,900) for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage option.

Nokia 5.4 runs Android 10 and is upgradeable to Android 11 as well.
As far as its specifications are concerned, the Nokia 1.4 features a punch-hole cut-out display with a thick bottom bezel. The Nokia 1.4's global price starts at $99 (approx Rs 7,200) for the base 1GB RAM + 16GB RAM variant, while the 1GB + 32GB and 3GB + 64GB configurations prices remain unclear at the moment.
The Nokia 5.4 variant available in the U.S. is Dual-SIM, 4GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant. This is also the company's latest Android 10 (Go Edition) smartphone in the market and a successor to Nokia 1.3 that was introduced past year. For those who want more, the device will come with a microSD card support of 128GB. There is also a guaranteed update to Android 11 and two years of security updates. A 5-megapixel front camera sensor will be available for selfie and video calling.
Turn it around and you'll find a dual camera system on the back made up of a primary 8-megapixel camera and a secondary 2-megapixel macro lens to help you focus on items that are close up. Sadly though, it charges at just 5W speeds over a micro-USB port. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS/AGPS. The handset has a dimension of 166.42 × 76.72 × 8.7 mm and weighs approximately 178 grams.
