Pennsylvania is one of the key battleground states at stake in the November 3 presidential election between Biden and President Donald Trump. Trump's remarks accepting a possible outcome not in his favor came at a campaign in Macon, Georgia, on Friday night. Running against the worst candidate in the history of presidential politics puts pressure on me. I'm gonna say I lost to the worst candidate in the history of politics.
"I thought trump did a really good job explaining what he has done. Maybe I'll have to leave the country, I don't know".
"It's an organized crime family, as far as I'm concerned", the president said at an event aimed at seniors in Fort Myers, Florida.
Before the competing town halls, it had been widely expected that Trump would score a higher Nielsen rating, an estimate of the total number of viewers for a particular television program, than the former vice president since Biden's town hall only aired on ABC but the president's also appeared on NBC's sibling cable channels.
The Lincoln Project, a Republican group which has been vocal in its opposition to the president, tweeted a single-word question.
Later at a campaign rally in Ocala, the president referred again to reports of Hunter Biden receiving $10 million annually from a wealthy Chinese businessman while his father was vice president. "If I lose to him, I don't know what I'm going to do. I think I'll go to Turnberry and play golf or something".
In their dueling town halls, the Democratic presidential candidate reached more viewers on ABC than Trump did for NBC News Thursday night.
As it stands, the polls have Biden way out ahead.
